THE ROYALS

The Royals Package is our most extensive and detailed offering for the perfect V.I.P. treatment. This plan begins 6 months to a year prior to your event and offers the most communication and attention to detail. We will be with you from the start to create a game plan for your entire event. This includes everything from venue scouting, all vendor selection, theme and menu of event and much more.

5-6 in person meetings including a venue walk through
Constant communication throughout via phone/email/text
Rehearsal dinner coordination (2 hours included)
2-3 coordinators present for up to 12 hours on day of event
creation of timeline of events

THE CLASSIC

The Classic Package begins 3 months prior to your event which is especially helpful for those planning a 2022 event as venues are booking up so quickly. This plan is best for those who already have a clear vision of their event as well as a good idea of the theme and venue. We are still here to offer recommendations wherever needed.

2-3 in person meetings including a venue walk through
Communication throughout as well as monthly check-ins
Rehearsal dinner coordination (1 hour included)
1-2 coordinators present for up to 9 hours on day of event

THE EASY BREEZY

The Easy Breezy Package is perfect for those just needing a day of coordinator. This is helpful for those who already have their event planned as well as vendors booked. We help facilitate communication with your vendors the day of the event. Many venues include a day of coordinator when booked; however, having an additional coordinator is always helpful as we've come to find from previous clientele.

1 in person meeting (phone or video chat available as well)
Creation of a timeline for day of event (done a few weeks prior to event)
Rehearsal dinner coordination (1 hour inluded)
1 coordinator present for up to 9 hours on day of event
